2. The Platform & Service

LiveBucket provides a prepaid client lead management platform for marketing agencies and their clients. The platform facilitates the creation of "buckets", the uploading of leads, automatic deduction of per-lead costs (CPL), and a timed dispute resolution window.

• Prepaid Buckets: Clients must prepay for leads. Once funds are depleted, leads may be stored but will be locked until the bucket is topped up.
• Dispute Window: Clients have a strict, predetermined time limit (typically 7 days unless configured otherwise) to dispute invalid leads. Once the window closes, leads are automatically accepted and cannot be refunded.
• Lead Validity: Admin decisions on lead disputes are final.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LiveBucket, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. LiveBucket, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
